Your nudges, your way.

Nudge helps you remember everyday tasks without pressure or subscriptions.

Gentle reminders

Your first nudge arrives 30 minutes before the due time. Unfinished tasks get another nudge every 10 minutes. Snooze pauses a task’s reminders for 10 minutes; Done stops them.

In-app reminders are always on. Demo tasks don’t send notifications.

When Nudge is closed

This version cannot deliver notifications after you close Nudge or if Android puts your browser to sleep. Browser timers can also run late in background tabs. Keep Nudge open for timely nudges; when you come back, it checks for missed reminders.

A real background job records a scheduled reminder checkpoint in an anonymous cloud signal, even if the page is closed. It does not send a push notification to your phone; the repeating 10-minute reminders run in the open app. Reliable closed-app delivery would require a Web Push sender or native Android integration, neither of which is enabled here. Jobs can be scheduled up to 30 days ahead. For later tasks, the job records an early checkpoint and the open app handles the actual due reminder.

Made for your Android phone

Open your published Nudge link in Chrome over HTTPS. Tap Enable system notifications and allow the browser prompt. If the preview blocks permission, use the published link directly. From Chrome’s menu, choose “Add to Home screen” for an app-like shortcut. Share that same link with friends—each device keeps its own tasks.

Good to know

Where do my tasks live?

Task names, dates, and completion history are saved in this browser’s local storage, not in a shared public collection. They stay when you reopen Nudge on the same device and browser. Clearing site data or using private browsing can erase them. They do not sync between devices.

What gets saved in the cloud?

Only an anonymous random token, reminder timing, and scheduling status are saved in the app’s built-in key-value store. No task names or personal details are sent. This token is an unguessable reference, not an authenticated private account. Completing or deleting a task removes its cloud signal; a cloud error is shown if cleanup needs another try.

Does Nudge cost anything to use?

Core task creation, saving, completion, snoozing, and in-app reminders require no paid APIs or subscriptions. Background scheduling uses the enabled built-in capabilities and is subject to the platform’s free usage limits.

What if my task is already due?

Nudge gives you a reminder shortly after saving, then every 10 minutes until it is done or snoozed. You’ll always get encouragement, never guilt.
